Current Opportunity
1099 Storm Restoration Sales Representative
This is an independent contractor (1099) role for motivated individuals who want flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and professional onboarding without micromanagement.
What You’ll Do
• Meet with homeowners affected by storm damage
• Inspect roofs and document damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process
• Present scope, pricing, and next steps clearly
• Maintain clean files and strong communication
You control your schedule and how you work, we provide the systems, support, and expectations.
Compensation
• 12% commission on total collected contract value
• Performance tiers up to 14%
• No income caps
Our commission rates are intentionally competitive to reflect the independent contractor nature of the role and to provide flexibility in managing independent business expenses, including health insurance.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. No employer-sponsored benefits are provided.
Training & Onboarding Support
We believe onboarding should be structured and fair without turning contractors into employees.
New contractors participate in a guided onboarding process that covers:
• Insurance claim workflow
• Roof inspections & documentation standards
• Sales presentations and homeowner communication
• File accuracy and compliance
To support onboarding, contractors may be eligible for:
• A milestone-based recoverable draw during training
• A non-recoverable training completion bonus once production begins
Training support is tied to progress and readiness , not hours or attendance.
